having troubles with mini calendar

Well my problem is that i have double days...im having the alighter calendar 1.0.0
after having dealt with a duplicate error of if defind in minical.. (went nuts and commented all the checks for it out and it didnt show) but now im having duplicate entry of the calendar..

Nevermind I solved it.. although its kinda hard to tell what I have done, as it involved some code changes...
