Mumble block

I would also like to see a mumble block produced but i have no knowledge of how to do it.
I did find this on sourceforge but i couldn't get my head around how to incorporate it.

If anyone fancies having a go at this block it would be most welcome. As far as i know, no one else is doing a portal block for this.
