Nothing, just installed the Portal mod.

Tried to refresh cache files, queries, uploaded styles again ... tried to change permission settings
Description and Message
Some time ago I have had a problem with ISP. After all I have reinstalled whole forum using SEO premod of PHPBB3. All portal blocks work just fine but global announcements does not show on portal page. It is installed, configured ... Nothing really works, block does not show up, however latest announcements appear on "recent block". ANy idea what happened?
This block was working on my old installation.

I forgot. I use subsilver2 based styles.
