What have you done before the problem was there?

What have you already tryed to solve the problem?

Under the 'User menu'
Is there a way to add a link that reads under, or above "Moderator Control Panel"
called "Posts To Be Moderated" With a number next to it, letting you know oh hey!! there's 24 posts that need to be accepted.
