Portal doesn't show in ACP

Your phpBB Type: Standard phpBB3
MODs installed: Yes
Your knowledge: Basic Knowledge

What have you done before the problem was there?
What have you already tryed to solve the problem?
Uninstall and reinstalled all mods several times.
Description and Message
When I uninstall all except Board3 Portal, the .mods tab disappears.
Even if I install only Board3 Portal, .mods tab doesn't appear.
