yes, it is the official directory name
in time, i find a error in my translate.

find:
'PORTAL_LEADERS' => 'Bloco líderes / equipe',
replace to:
'PORTAL_LEADERS' => 'Bloco líderes / equipe',

That should not be necessary, if you've saved the file in UTF8 without BOM:
