I fixed it by reinstalling by unzipping files to the ext folder rather than uploading through ftp client atleast everything is working so far thank you for the quick responces

hey there... is there any reason why the portal page would not be loading

i have copied the files to the ext folder installed the extension and i have checked permissions and enabled the board and still will not display the portal page. am i missing something here? any help would be greatly appreciated I am on version 3.3.10
