Just my luck that I fix it 2 minutes after I post this lol.

Well this is how I did it:


Navigate to the root/install/ directory.
Proceed to the "Remove phpbb3 Portal" step. DO NOT go any farther. (The error will occur)
Navigate back to root/install/ directory.
Now you will be given the option ...

Your Portal Version: p3p 1.22
Your phpBB Type: Standard phpBB3
MODs installed: Yes
Your knowledge: Basic Knowledge
Boardlink: local board not live yet

What have you done before the problem was there?
Tried to upgrade from PHPBBPortal 1.2.2 to Board3 Portal 1.0.3
