I love the mod but it has a real issue with what can be displayed on the portal. You can't have a good news system because all that can be posted is either announces or every topics.

In the first case you can give rights to a group of "newsers" to be able to post announces and thus post news ...

I solved my problem.

I added this in .htaccess to cut portal.php from the URL and it caused a conflict with the poll.

Google traductions helped me. I just had to cut the line from the file, and it looks fine now.

I did, and all the results are in deutch. (Apparently) it has to do with my phpBB version? Mine is old, it's a 3.0.2.

Can I just edit functions.php with what is missing? Because I won't update my phpBB version, there are too many modifications ...

blame are the permissions.
Check the permissions and change them.
Which permissions? I just updated to 1.0.6 and the problem is still there and I haven't touched any options in the portal.

Everybody is able to vote, the issue must come from a modification I made but I can find the source ...

I've the exact same issue, the only difference is that the votes were working but not anymore. I may have modified something but I don't know what. I need to know if OP solved his problem, but I can't PM him. Any help?
