Wrong version in the package?!?

Is it OK that the current installation package (Board3 Portal V2.0.0b1) contains \includes\info\acp_portal.php with ln#25

'version' => '2.0.0-a1',

BTW I have troubles upgrading from Board3 Portal 1.0.6' to version 2.0.0b1. Can the above error be a problem?
