I have downloaded the files edited by Solidjeuh. All modules in the portal are working fine, but when I try to edit, or disable "Welcome message" I'm getting an error shown in the following picture:

I have purgde cache in forum, and in browser, but nothing works ...

Excelent! I thought I had done something wrong during installation. Looking forward to the upgrade. This is an excelent portal by the way.
