You need only one row translate into portal_who_was_here_module.php
and copy in language / fr / mods / portal /.

i'm able to do this traduction alone !!! but the result is in english (see picture), i don't understand why ???

They regenerate the module in the module setting and empty the board cache and the browser cache.
