Post by Justportal »

Hi guys!
Congratulations for this fantastic mod!
I have a question: Is there any way for make the portal SEO friendly?
These are the problems:
TITLE tag: OK
META Description: Missed!
META Keywords: Missed!
Title tag: Warning! 0 keyword
Meta Description: Warning! 0 keyword
Meta Keywords: Warning! 0 keyword

Sorry for my bad english  Thanks :)

No answer came the bold reply.

To date my solution has been to directly edit the tags myself. I am not adept in coding so I don't have an automatic method but have copied overall_header.html and changed the file name to overall_header_portal.html next a quick changed to portal_body.html where I changed <!-- INCLUDE overall_header.html --> to <!-- INCLUDE overall_header_portal.html -->

Clear the cache.

Remember though that if you change anything in the overall_header at a later date you will have to make the same change to overall_header_portal.
