[FIX] Mobile and SEO and Board3 Portal v.2.0.x

Addon: Mobile/SEO and Board3 Portal v.2.0.x - Compatibility Fix.

Addon Author: (I am not the Author of the MOD, just fixed it so it can be done without errors.)
Addon Description: If you plan to use Mobile and SEO themes found here. And you don't like it's own automatic switch script -- which I encountered and explained here: Click Here
Then you are in luck, because I found another script that works well, except that both that script and Portal v.2.0.x requires to edit the same code in includes/session.php file--which will cause errors for both if not done correctly.
So I cleaned up the MOD and made it AutoMOD friendly, plus added the required proper edit for session.php file for MOD to work well with B3 Portal v.2.0.x
So please go to that thread and fetch the download titled: phpBB_mobile_detect_portal_fix.zip
