All have the blue borders around them with the white background. I need to know how to change this to a different color and/or add images to them to cover up the colors.

Nothing on this huh? I just need to know how to change the look of the blocks, add background colors/images, change the colors or add images to the frames of the blocks, dont really need a port as it works for this portal all ready just a way to edit the files with color or images.
