What have you done before the problem was there?
installed the DVGFX2 theme to the forum and follwed instructions to make it work with the portal.

What have you already tryed to solve the problem?
followed the instructions...

Everything works great other then when you log out and visit the site as a guest the right blocks fall to the bottom of the page like they are center blocks. If you login to the site the problem is no longer there.....

any ideas why the portal does not display right for guest?

problem occured after full install copleted of board3 and DVGFX2 style and admin began to alter forum structure.

What have you already tryed to solve the problem?
reinstall from scratch, double check MySQL entries, edit portal_body and _block_config

Same as above where blocks are not aligned properly, although it persists regardelss of whether you are a guest or not.

But subsilver2 errors. http://vereornos.com/Community/portal.php?style=6
Maybe it is not based on subsilver2 (your styles basis) or you have errors during the installation done.
