lang_adm_additional_blocks.php fehlt

What have you done before the problem was there?
installed portal 1.0.2
What have you already tryed to solve the problem?
Searched for the missing file..
Description and Message
Well I installed the Portal and everything looked fine.. but when I tryed to log in my acp this is what came:
I am not sure what I did wrong since the lang_adm_additional_blocks.php does not exsist in the files I DLed.. oO
Help pls
The portal is runnin so far, but kinda useless w/o having a ACP ^^[/i]
