Empty portal page with BBCodes in custom block

What have you done before the problem was there?
Nothing!
Absolutely nothing was done on my board last couple of months and problem appeared just two days ago

When I open URL http://www.vzroslye.net/portal.php I see empty screen. I am using subsilver2 but another user of the board uses prosilver and has exactly the same problem.
After some searching I found that the problem disappears when I remove and from the text. "Activate BBCode for the small custom Block:" setting was set to Yes. I turned is to NO and changed BBCodes to standard HTML tags <b> and <b/>. Now it is working but I am still interested what could happen with BBCodes. Strange enough is that I installed Portal two years ago and didn't touch it since then. So, this text with BBCodes was entered two years ago. What could happen in the last two days?[/i]
