Portal Button Cant Be Found on Homepage !

What have you done before the problem was there?
tryed searching General Tab of the .MOD within the ACP panel
What have you already tryed to solve the problem?
Searching for the place to activate the button/link to allow users to get back to main portal page.

I cant seem to locate the button or file that purtains to making a "Portal" or "Home" button located on the Main Menu Tab
