White Portal.php in some devices

What have you done before the problem was there?
Only -> viewtopic.php?f=49&t=9266
What have you already tryed to solve the problem?
Yes. Im traying modified .htaccess but none solve

I have these problem. In some devices, like tablets or consoles (PS3 / PSP / PsVita) the portal.php load in white.
The forum page (index.php) loads correctly.
