Message block background colour is out... looked around on here... any ideas?

looked on here but found a similar problem but for v1... did not work

You forgot to edit stylesheet.css.

lol I just checked... when I installed it it was fine... then removed the welcome block and it messed up when I put the actual text in..
checked my stylesheet and the import portal.css entry was missing lol..
