New phpBB 3.3.17 user group

Hi,
I have created a new Group called "Team Leaders" in a phpBB 3.3.17 forum with Board3Portal installed.
All standard users can view the Portal page however and members moved into the Team leaders group cant access the Portal.
Please let me know how best to change this so that the Team Leaders group can also view the Portal page.
