Hi there,
I would like a customized style to suit 'Glacier'. My forum is PHPBB3.0.9 and has updated SQL database.

I have supplied a link to which you can download the style I have on my forum now (With modifications) and a link to download the original.

Glacier version = 3.0.8
PHPBB Forum = 3.0.9

I do not know what they want.

The portal is already built into the style very well.
As the style guide should be for everyone, there should be a download link to be available for an Official Page (Author style or style-side, at least phpBB v.3.0.8)
