Board3 2.1.0-rc2 is not listing in Extensions Tab in ACP.

Description and Message
I am using board3 portal since a long. Yesterday I request to my hosting company to upgrade the phpbb from 3.0.12 to 3.1.5.
After upgradation process, I downloaded the Board 3 version 2.1.0-rc2 and copied in ext/board3. It is appearing in Manage Extension option of Customize Tab. I enable it from here but it is not appearing in Extensions Tab.
Please help me in installing Board3 Portal.
