Hello,

When i install fix for login phpbb 3.2.7, my forum can not be loaded. No matter do i use original prosilver theme or modified, it simply does not work. I just get the message like - this page can not be loaded..

Any ideas are most welcome, thank you

UPDATE: tried and as soon as i overwrite old version with this one, forum does not load at all.

You saved me a lot of work doing all the fixes manually. I wonder why the developers do not add a package with the fixes for 3.2.x in the official release topic....

Maybe you can try empty the forum cache;
You can also try: disabe the board; delete the old folder on .../ext/board3; install this package; enable the board again; empty cache;
Also try disabling other extensions to check if it is a compatibility problem

Also try to delete ext/board3/portal folder, instead of 'overwrite the files

Thank for advises Solidjeuh, at last i did it, BUT, for this to work i have just updated login_box_side.php file, when i try to update user_menu.php file, site crashes no matter do i clean cache or not, whatever i do... Quite strange.

What php version do you use?

We use 7.2.20

How do you update those files? Maybe you are using a bad text editor. That can also result in "white pages" or other errors. Use notepad++ to edit your files. Also see that you don't make any mistakes in the changes you make... 1 little mistake can take your whole site offline....

You are absolutely right Solidjeuh, but i just overwrite them, as usual.. Didn't use text editor at all I just downloaded files from here and overwrite my files. Quite strange only one file worked and second crashes my site

Have you tried deleting the board3 folder, and just upload the new files? (Disable the ext first)

Yes i tried deleting board3 folder too, no luck. How can i disable ext, by just renaming it?

No, ACP - Customize.
Try to disable the ext, and then delete data on the same page.
Then delete board3 folder in FTP, and upload new one.
