I changed the portal around a tad bit. The theme is custom for the site, sooner or later I will complete it and make it available on my site.

Hope you don't mind, I removed 'board3 Portal - based on phpBB3 Portal' from the portal page and stuck it on the overall_footer.html. Kinda liked it being seen across all pages and not just portal.
