Update Board3portal From 1.0.2 to 1.0.3

Hi all
after finish update to version 1.0.3, i found my navigation bar missing it link to Portal, only showing Board Index.
also the site logo no more link to portal, it'll link direct to current page, not board index, not portal.
also on install.xml update instructions for board3portal 1.0.3 are blank like screenshoots below :
