Not really. Look at the right site on that portal... this is the same as with the polythylene style... :/ (fixed Background)
Furthermore we dont adapt outdatet Styles:

Please add a download link to the requested phpBB3 style.
The requestet Style has to be released for the latest phpBB version.

I thought you guys could of given me the steps. because he said he just did a lil editing to the files.

nvm. all i had to do was install the portal with the AUTOMOD

Well with some CSS editing and AUTOMOD install i did it
