ok so me and teksonic have been working on a NEW world of warcraft recruitment block for board3. public Alpha is ready for testing.

this new recruitment block includes;

class AND spec icons with a mouseover tooltip to display the current state of recruitment and also the spec icons have transparency set to them depending on the state of recruitment.. faded for not required. bold for required.

the whole block comes with an easy to install ACP aswell so you have easy management over the display of required recruitment needs

This was by far, the easiest install of any mod I've seen out there. Its very efficient and easy to use once installed. My officers love it and appreciate a recruitment block that FINALLY makes sense. Job well done!
