I have some questions about modding the portal :

1.How can i put php in the Welcome messege?
2.How can i increse the text in the Welcome messege?
3.How to increse the font on Menu?
4.How can i have the Navbar also on Portal front page?
5.How can i have another Welcome block?

1. & 5. It is not possible to add PHP code to the Welcome Block. You would have to create your own block, but then again you can't just add PHP to a HTML file:

2. & 3. You will have to increase the font-size of your style. For that, please use the discussion forums of phpbb.com.
4. You can choose to display the navigation bar in the General Settings of Board3 Portal inside the ACP.

but at 2&3 i want to increase the fon-size only for the Portal the text in the Welcome block is to little...but i don`t want to modify the font-size for the hole website(forum)
