Board3 Portal size and layout

When I access my portal on a laptop, they layout of the columns is fine. But when I access it through an IPhone it is not good with the right column exceeding the page dimension.
How can I make the Board3 Portal detect different browsers and screen size and adjust accordingly?
What code do I change?
