Width toggle / Arrange blocks

I saw a width toggle on Stargateportal (http://www.phpbbireland.com/phpBB3/portal.php).
If you click Arrange blocks, on the top right, you can change the width and move the blocks around and save you're settings.

Is something like this possible for Board3?

There will be a way to arrange the blocks via ACP in B3P v.2
But this will take a long time till its ready for release...
If you cant wait for it, switch to "the one and only original phpBB Portal"
