Blank Portal.php in Google Chrome

Your Portal Version: 1.0.6
Your phpBB Type: Standard phpBB3
MODs installed: No
Your knowledge: Basic Knowledge

PHP Version: 4
MySQL Version: MSSQL2005 via odbc
What have you done before the problem was there?
Installed phpBB3, installed Board3Portal
What have you already tryed to solve the problem?
Reinstalled, ensured modified files are saved in UTF8 without BOM, enabled debug in config.php.
Description and Message
Portal.php is visible and working in IE (and also the stock Android browser), however viewing it through Google Chrome (and the Android Dolphin HD browser) it just shows a blank page, no errors, no nothing.
Any ideas?

Edit: Ive found the problem, it was the strripos problem referenced in the sticky. I didn't think to try that before because it was working fine in IE and I was not getting any errors (just a blank page) in the other browsers, but I figured I would give it a try and it has solved the problem.
