The clock is based on real-time and different time-zones.. How can I change the clock to a fantasy time and that it recieves the time & day from a mySQL database?

Ie; 1 day = 8 real hours, daylight = 4h & night = 4h.

Ok so I was wondering if anyone had a sample code that would, support different resolutions, and span a block over the width of your screen as well display multiple Images (or Icons) that are used for general Links/Access to the forum/site.
