[ABD] Top Topics 1.3 , Modules on Portal 2.0.0b1 ??

I have updated my portal and i some modification .

In the past (portal 1.0.6 ) i have add 'top topic 1.3' on portal.php but still not working again ...

if it's possible to create a modules for this mod ??
