If you look in the portal_body.html file, you will see all the blocks being included there, you have a left, center and a right hand side for blocks. You can simply cut and paste the include statement from left to right and vice versa.

I have replied, I installed my own version of the portal, purely as an experiment, I only removed your credits a few days ago and is was purely for testing purposes. it was never a permanent thing.
