Portal blocks are not displayed

Hello! I need some help with Portal. Something similar to this problem above. I have phpBB v3.2.8 installed and Portal v.2.1. There are settings of Portal in ACM in tab Extensions - Portal Modules. All blocks can be edited, added, moved, etc. But none of them are shown on home page. How to fix this?
