Portal Board 3 no longer loads

I have updated the board from version 3.3.7 to 3.3.11. During the update, I deactivated Port Board 2.1.0. Afterwards I activated it again. However, the portal no longer loads. It just opens a "white" page why? The forum still works.

Does it help to update the Portal Board 3 2.1.0 to the latest version 2.3.x? Are there any instructions for the update?

You have an outdated portal version, the current one is 2.3.0 viewtopic.php?f=40&t=11807

Yes, I have seen that there is a new version. But I'm not sure how I can update to 2.3.0. Is there a guide here?
